Expert: Manage office staff/department personnel, Type and input data accurately, Input data into spreadsheets and reports, Accurately create, organize, and maintain files, Compose grammatically correct business letters and correspondence
Train office staff
Accounting
Expert: General bookkeeping knowledge, Perform general bookkeeping, Prepare/file state and/or local payroll tax reports, Prepare/file quarterly Federal 941 Payroll Tax reports, Perform accounts payable functions, Perform accounts receivable functions, Understand and perform job cost accounting, Prepare and maintain WIP reports, Understand accounting and financial reports, Prepare financial reports, Perform contract audits / job audits / final contract reconciliation, Perform internal audits, Generate cost reports for profit monitoring, Analyze general condition costs to determine company overhead, Prepare/file state and/or local sales tax reports, Prepare/file state income tax documents where applicable, Coordinate/transfer tax-related information to third party tax preparer, Prepare/file federal income tax documents
Process payroll, Prepare certified payroll reports, Process and coordinate third party payroll service, Create and maintain ar/ap contact/vendor lists, Process monthly draw applications, Manage collections, Understand and accurately code job cost to projects
IT / Management Information Systems (MIS)
Basic understanding of computers and computer systems
Legal
Expert: Understand lien and lien release process
Manage the construction lien and lien releases process, Manage the notice to owner process
