Healthcare Project Managers needed for several Top 50 Healthcare Architecture firms located in both DC, and NY. Candidates will have 8+ years of architectural experience including previous experience leading a hospital design from planning through construction. Architectural registration required. LEED AP is preferred. Qualified candidates must possess design sensitivity, and excellent technical ability. Providing the highest quality design while nurturing the process to produce award-winning design is the overall goal of each of these firms. The ability to balance priorities and utilize excellent judgment in the pursuit of the work is a must as well as the ability to communicate well with a variety of groups and individuals. Identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and marketing efforts are integral parts of these positions. Candidates must have the ability to successfully complete work in a team-based environment. Strong computer skills are required. Revit is a plus.
