Pay & Benefits

Compensation:

Senior Architectural Engineer/Architect/Facilities Engineer Because of our success and growth in facility and sustainability services, Raba - Kistner Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced senior Architectural-Engineer, Architect or Facilities Engineer for a Senior Leadership role in our Facilities business line. Typical public and private sector projects include facility repair/restoration, roofing and waterproofing, HVAC and electrical energy system retrofit, parking lots, storm water and potable water system enhancements and improvements, forensic studies, energy studies and minor facility additions. Qualifications include: Minimum 10 years of hands-on project design and project management experience in our typical projects. 3-5 years experience as a department manager or supervisor of a design or facility services firm with profit/loss responsibility. Professional Registration in Texas required with additional certifications such as Leed-AP, PMP, CFM desired. Broad hands-on experience with building systems including structural, roofs, HVAC, electrical, windows, foundations, interior finishes, exterior cladding, storm water collection and parking lots. Construction Management Administration (CMA) experience desirable. Experience in business development activities including preparation of qualification packages, proposals, and short list presentations.
