S.R. Clarke is seeking a strong proposal manager for an opportunity in Falls Church, VA. Candidates must have strong work tenure to be considered. A background in GSA bids is a must. Here are the job duties: 1. Manage Government proposals, for Sectors such as: Base Building, Major Projects, Technology, and Healthcare. 2. Provide consistency, lessons learned, and a data base of proposal responses (rather than creating from scratch each time). 3. Understand Government Solicitation/Procurement process 4. Strong Technical Writing/Editing Skills 5. Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously 6. Ability to identify and understand RFP/Solicitation requirements 7. Ability to delegate assignments and ultimately manage them through completion 8. Ability to manage assignment, delivery and compilation of proposal components from multiple sources: PM?s, Super?s, Architects, and Consultants. 9. Strong communication skills within a team environment 10. Strong organizational skills 11. Graphic proposal ability and access to appropriate printers. 12. Construction knowledge
